The Telling

Hi world. I'm sitting on the plane. With Camilia. And Mama Barbara. And we're going to Louisiana. New Orleans, to be exact. I've decided that since I won't have Camillia in my new home, I might as well have this blog, to let my feelings out on, and all of my adventures. See, I live in Mexico. I was born in Mexico, though my parents gave me away, for an unknown reason. I was in the Orphanage, until I was 9, then Mama Barbara came and became my foster mommma. She had a daughter already, who was also 9, named Camilia. But I'm not 9 now, I'm 11. And I'm leaving. Mama Barbara wanted to adopt me, but to many people had already put in request. I'd think that the foster momma got first dibs, but apparently, that's wrong. As I write this, I think back to all the good times I've had with Camilia.

Laying down under the Mexican sky, sweating under the Mexican heat...

Or sleeping on the warm floor, tummies stuffed, after having 4 tacos and rice.

I hope my new life will be okay. Have you ever had a huge change in your life that has really affected you?
